(1 – 0) Ian at 45 seconds
(2 -0) Ian at 1:58
(3 – 0) Ian at 2:51
(4 – 0) Matt at 4:29
(5 -0) Andy at 5:25

Polonium:

Shots on goal 1

Notes:

Both teams warming up, had opted not to play pre-match throw-ins.
Rather cool air under the lights at London’s famous London’s premier polo venue of Newington Gardens.
Crowd, sparse.

Game two

Malice:

Shots on goal 10

(1 – 0) Ian following up a deflection of a shot from Andy at 1:39
(2 -0) Matt scorching backhand shot at 2:24
(3 – 0) Andy at 3:20
(4 – 0) Andy slow-motion tap over the cone at 4:57
(5 -0) Ian stops the clock at 9:39

Polonium:

Shots on goal 1

Notes:

Polonium defended en-masse this round, running Malice out to ten minutes of game time. One shot on goal became trapped in Tom’s spokes to be knocked out a few seconds later in a collision/foot-down.
Both teams doing some nice passing with Malice having the majority of possession.

Game three

Malice:

Shots on goal 6

(1 – 0) Andy at 32 seconds
(2 -0) Matt at 2:54
(3 – 0) Matt at 3:26
(4 – 0) Andy at 5:23
(5 -0) Ian at 5:59

Polonium:

Shots on goal 2

Notes:

Impressive charge at the start saw Tom beating Ian to the ball, unfortunately couldn’t drive home the advantage with his shot. A few impressive interceptions by Polonium but in the end they were worn down by superior speed, agility, aggression and passing from Malice.
